## Description

The Basic Arcane Axe is the arcane tier axe, used for chopping trees for [Logs](/Items/Logs).
|
|
|
|
Arcane tools are not made at the blacksmiths. They come off the Arcane Forge and they behave differently to anything smelted.
|
|
|
|
Crafting one takes Arcane level 2 and gives 100 XP.
|
|

The Basic Arcane Axe is used for **Woodcutting** — chopping trees for [Logs](/Items/Logs).

A better tier axe works faster on the same nodes, so upgrade as soon as your Arcane level allows.
