Description
Arcane Ingots are not smelted at the blacksmiths. They are forged at the Arcane Forge in the Astral Hollow using metal and Artifacts.
Because the recipe runs on the Arcane skill rather than Smelting, an Arcane Ingot is reachable at Arcane level 1 — the gate is finding the forge and the artifacts, not the level.
