+## Description
+
+The Ground Artifact is the tier 2 artifact of the four elemental artifacts in Azmarin. Artifacts are pre-collapse objects, not crafted items — they are recovered from the world rather than made.
+
+Handling one requires Arcane level 3 and gives 15 Arcane XP.
+
+Artifacts feed the Arcane Forge in the [Astral Hollow](/About/World), where they are combined with metal to make [Arcane Ingots](/Items/Ingots/ArcaneIngot) and the Basic Arcane tool set.
